Bad Service

<p>So , on sunday afternoon my boyfriend and I decided to watch a movie at the Grandwest Cinema. We then decided that we would order a quick snack before we enter the cinema. We went to the debonairs where we were assisted by Robin. My boyfriend then ordered to real deal subs and handed me the slip. When stepping aside after a few minutes we checked the slip to see which number we are, when he noticed that the cashier added to real deal pizza instead of subs. He then approached her and informed her of the incorrect order and she then first argued that, that was not what we ordered and then rolled her eyes and got all irratable. She then went over to the over, took the pizza out and literally threw it on the stove, throwing the utensils also that she used to removed the pizza. My boyfriend and I were standing in total shock at this girls terrible attitude and bad customer service. She then went to the back and called the manager and by this time we decided that we want our money back as this is not the sort of business we would want to support. So debonairs, I do urge that you invest more time on workshops and and engagements on customer service as this is a customer you definitely wont be seeing again. </p>
