Bad service

I am very disappointed I called yesterday spoke to nokuthula to place an order for triple deck it was 17:55 she said it will take an hour for my order to be delivered at 19:00 pm called again spoke to the same person who placed me on mute for 4minutes and said to me that she is in a call center like the hell later said she will go and check and said the driver is on his way called at 19:30mp spoke to this use less nokuthula whatever the name was who said my order is still on the way 2 hours later my order did not arrive when I called the store or was closed I am very angry this is bad services
