Bad service

Debonairs pizza mayibuye has the worst service ever. Placed an order at 17h59 and at 19h10 still waiting for my order and I called the store and they said maybe the driver is still busy with other deliveries. Asked for the driver’s number but the person on the phone did not know the name of the driver or his number so I had to hold while she ran around the shop asking others who’s the driver that took my order and when I finally got the numbers, Themba the driver was so rude and I only got my pizza at 20h00. I got my pizza exactly after 2 hours instead of 45 minutes
