Bad service

<p>29/07/2017 at 17:00 i went to Debonairs to place an order for 18:30 delivery. I was assisted by Yvonne who took down my order of x2 on the tripple she said they have only 3 flavours, which was creamy chicken, seasonal veg and peparoni I did not have a problem with that I asked that she process the order and she said the delivery man will bring a swipping machine i must leave. I was hosting a kiddies party, 18:30 the Pizza was not delivered so I made them popcorns in the meanwhile as we wait, 19:00 still it is not delivered. I tought i must just drive to go check what is going on, when i got to Debonairs they checked my order and for about 10 minutes to realise that my order slip was just lying around with my order not yet processed. I was not amused at the kids were hungry, I had no choice but to sit and wait for the order to be done. I got no apology for my order being not processed but just a nasty question saying "so you want to cancel the order?" I was taken back but the question I just responded if i had a choice or luxury of time but no I don't so I will wait.I left the rastuarant at 19:30 when I got home I was given X2 of one flavour of on the tripple meaning 6 large pizzas of one flavour "creamy chicken".I was very angry and dissapointed and the kids were hungry I just served them.The service I got was pathetic</p>
