Bad service

I had gone to debonair phoenix plaza my order number 282 at 17h06 i had to wait till 17h46 after complaining that numbers that came after me were served only to find out mine was still being done. No one had the decency to even apologize but kept saying i must wait only when i told them i want my money back was i taken seriously
