Bad service

Debonairs customer service isn't great to beging with but today was outright discusting, first I stand in a que only for a girl working at Pick n Pay to come in and right before I am to be assisted I'm told I need to wait while they serve her coz she's on lunch, I'm not asked I'm told this. Then when I get to the till the lady who's supposed to help me is busy counting her change and I'm standing there for a good 5 minutes not being served. When she is finally done counting her change she asks me what I want no apology no greeting nothing, I tell her what I want she says they don't have that and continues with her change counting as if that's not enough I ask the lady next to her to help and she shouts at me telling me the cashier named Olwethu Nomyayi (as stated on the receipt) will help me. The cashier took my new order no apologies still and a grown to top.
