Bad serious

We ordered Debonairs pizza from Diepkloof Square at 19:50 and paid online then time went on we haven't received our order til 22:00 pm and when we calling them they keep on hanging the call and laughing around the service was so bad.I really regret ordering from Debonairs. I hope Debonairs could solve this matter I'm really not happy with their service
