Bad Quality Terrible service

On friday afternoon I placed an online order for delivery. Inv# 318864. Ordered 13:19. Called an hour later and spoke to the Manager, he said he will call me back and well I am still waiting for the call. It was a african male that I spoke to. Now to me as a customer if you tell me you will call then I expect a call. None the less the order arrived at 14:42 only. So over 1 hour and 20 min and the order arrives cold and extremely chewy. The cheese griller in the crust was like rubber and the crust was so hard that it actually broke my tooth. The pizza had no flavour and was almost as if it was an old order that was sent out. This was the worst quality ever, not what I am use to. I paid for something that I would not feed to my dog totally unacceptable. I want someone to contact me regarding this. I will take to social media to warn everyone from ordering there. Slacking on quality seems to be the new norm and standard. Total waste of money.
