Bad pizza to compliment to bad service

Pretty disgusted in last night's service. I ordered supper at 20:15 last night for delivery. I was told 40 mins. An hour later it arrives...after calling in and having to waste all my airtime giving names and addresses which is on the system only to be told that the address doesnt come up...which is utter nonsence aa we order on two or three times a month. When we ordered I asked for no tomatoe pieces on either pizza. I got tomatoe either way making my pizza totally watery and flavourless. I also had pretty much no cream cheese on it and half my normal cheese stuck to the box lid.To put a cherry ontop my fiance has a pizza with slices that had NO cheese on it either. For a regular client I musy say im very disappointed and wont be back in a hurry.
