Bad pizza, bad customer service

Bad pizza and bad customer service ever, on the 7th of November 2020 at 17:57 I ordered a pizza online and what I got was a dry and hard base which was very difficult to enjoy, I then phoned Debonairs kagiso where I ordered and they told me they can only replace it if I had 1 slice of the pizza I then told them im not staying alone but with my family and we had already eaten 3 slice of pizzas and Lerato the manager from Kagiso told me it’s not possible to make us a new one I should complain to head office. Was very angry and hung up the phone.
