Bad Pizza and Bad Attitude

I order take-away and decided that i would rather have the pizza in the store with my family as we had been out for a long time without eating. the real deal, poppers and first pizza in the double decker box were all hot and fresh. the second pizza in the box was cold and one could see that it had been standing for a long time. we ate some as we were hungry but it became unbearable and we brought this to the attention of the so called manager Lee Ann. Lee Ann responded with absolutely no concern and attempted to laugh the matter off. I left my number for the store manager Surisha and i have spoken to her twice and have only heard what i did wrong by starting to eat the pizza. she has given me nothing but stinking attitude on both occassions and in no way tried to assist. she has made statements about facts she cannot confirm like how much pizza was left and at what point i walked out the store. she said she will resolve the matter and i sat for 10/15 mintues and no one said nothing to me in the store so i decided to go right next door for ice-cream - if they wanted to they could have spoken to me still #poor #pathetic #disgusting #nocustomerfocus.
