Bad pizza

I have logged a query to their website on the 7th Nov. Until today there's no response. Berea Debonairs JHB has disappointed me,I ordered a dbl crumble for 179.90 the pizza was so dry with no sauce no fillings. I even took a picture and it was sent to them......
