bad pizza

On Friday the 30th of October 2015 I ordered a triple decker meaty pizza with extra cheese when I got home the pizza was dry and the mince on the pizza was burned the pizza was so dry when I opened one of the slices to see what was going on inside I could actually count the pieces of toppings on the pizza so today the the 2 nd of November I went to see the manager she told me a picture doesn't really say anything and she's not saying that I'm lying but next time I must phone immediately with a problem really? It's not as if I complained a week later...and she said all she can do is if I order again is give me a free topping of cheese..really how pathetic if I pay R130 for a pizza I expect quality not a dry pizza that's cuts your pallet while eating I'm so upset never will I order from you guys again ..how can a picture not support my statement ...
