Bad online service
I am appalled with the customer service from Debonairs Algoa Park in Gqheberha, on the 31 of March did an online order and guess what it too them 2 hours to assist me on a an order that was placed 1t 18h51 only got home at 20h45... on top of it they gave me cold Pizza what the hell... they called me the next and told me they will investigate until today I have not heard any feedback from the store

18 Apr 2025, 12:19And Secondly I took an Uber to get there and can you imagine the amount I paid once again, can I pls get my reimbur*****t , one last bit buying a triple decker feast and u re told there is no cooldrink at that particular store and inconvenience by giving you your money back, must say deboairs uses false adverti*****ts because they once had a slogan that says if the pizza is hot then it's free, tell me why was i given cold pizza and spent 2 hrs for nothing.. need feedback ASAP
