Bad online service

Placed my order online and selected the pay in store option, to my surprise when I got at the store Capricorn Square my order was not done because it’s not paid yet. Now my question is why is there a pay in store option it your order won’t be considered. I had to wait 20 minutes for a pizza that I ordered +10 minutes ago.
