Bad online service

I’m really not happy with Debonairs Pizza at Thorn tree shopping centre in Pretoria soshanguve.

I place an order online for delivery and the online platform it accepted my order and payment was successful, but the shop decided not to deliver my pizza and to cancel my order, now I am not going to eat my favourite meal today.
