Bad manager and bad customer service

The so called manager at banburry crossing has attitude for days, we placed an order at 19:00 something, at 20:53 got a message that the order has arrived, went to the store, asked why we have not received the order and whose going to pay for my petrol money, the guy told me thats not how they work at that restuarant and asked me what i wanted and told him a refund, he went ahead gave me a refund after a few commotion and weird guys at that store, 10 minutes going backward n swearing got my refund and walked and then the order arrived at home , we got a pizza at 21:18 and our refund nxa debonairs and forgot to mention he was not even wearing a mask when i walked into the store what a hypocrite
