Bad Management Skills

Hi bad customer service I would like to say that I'm ordering for these guys for years but yesterday I ordered two large pizza which was burnt and I had guest over plus the one pizza only had one piece fillet in the pizza which is so embrassing amongst guests.So I tried calling yesterday no response, I tried today I was shuffled pillow to post I finally got a hold the manager of the branch which was Nomfundo I reported the incident she doesn't have any way of speaking and no management skills she said I can go ahead and take this matter further guys please don't order from this branch and fall in the same mistake I have done thank you.
