Bad management

Debonairs Sparks Road after service is gravely shocking, placed my order with the manager, followed up on their late delivery was promised my order is on route which never happened. Called the next day to speak to a senior manager, they took my details but never returned my call or apologized. I reported this matter to famous brand. I feel staff that's has no respect for the business will.not bother about customer service and this should be addressed
