Bad hospitality

So on this rainy Friday evening my daughter asked me to bring her the real deal pizza because it’s he favorite. I go there order and leave to go the atm, when I get back 15 min later my order is still not done, as me and my bf are waiting there is a lady mopping and she instructs is to love and go stand at steers because she is mopping, struggling to find a place to wait for the pizza... my bf leaves and goes to stand at the door, finally they call my order and as I walk to the counter this lady does not even stop with her mop and suddenly she hits me with her wet the mop head... that time all the customers are waiting and some are complaining about her and her mopping while we are waiting she didn’t even get moved.
