BAD GOODS AND SERVICES

I ordered a Chicken and Mushroom large pizza from Sunning Hill Square Debonairs. To say that I was disappointed with the service from the on set is an understatement.

After placing my order online and having the restaurant confirm that they have received the order, I was contacted by the drivers asking me for an entry code to my estate. I stated clearly that I cannot send a code without a number as per the Balwin app feature.

The driver said he will not be able to deliver my pizza. 1 was later called by the manager whom provided his number to me and I was able to share the entry/exit code.

Upon the arrival of the driver at my address he told me to stop placing orders after 8pm as they will hijack him and it will be all my fault.

As he left I opened the pizza which had not been sealed by the restaurant. The pizza was totally dismantled.
