Bad food

Hy Debonairs pizza, today I'd like to express my disappointment with your pizza. For a number of years I've been enjoying it until today. I went to Debonairs burnburry square in olievedale north riding corner malibongwe. I'm Soo disappointed, they burnt a pizza and blame a warmer which I doubt it will burn like this. Nothing in this pizza was edible, it's Soo crunchy and tastes like biscuits. The cheese, the babaque source is burned everything actually, then I went back to the store to get a refund or a replacement. A certain gentleman saw it and offered to make me another one, suddenly a so called manager by the name of Susan decide to interven the matter in the middle. But she didn't handle the matter like a manager that she is, she instead became all emotional telling me how long she's been with Debonairs. I asked her to taste the pizza and see if she can stomach it, she refused telling me that she's not allowed to taste customers food, I gave her permission she took it personal and decided to say to me who the hell I'm to to give her permission about her body. What kind of manager is this who fails to handle queries and complaints? I'm still not done yet,I'll post this nonsense on hello Peter,I never felt insulted like this as she kept on pushing the pizza box back to me.
