Bad experience ever

I'm very disappointed with the service of the Debonairs Pizza in Maponya Mall.

Firstly, the service was really bad. It looked like the Cashiers were in a rush to knock off. Then the chefs there added a cherry on top.

The pizza didn't meet my expectations at all. The base was hard and crunchy. I nearly broke my teeth try to eat that thing. The taste, it tasted old. It even taseted like they burnt it a bit. The mushrooms on the pizza were very soggy and weren't creamy, like the description on the menu. What's worse it that my pizza was supposed to have so chicken pieces, but there was none.

I used to be a fan of Debonairs Pizza but no they made me hate, even the smell of it. Whenever the word pizza is mentioned, my stomach just turns. You guys really made me hate it. I'm really disappointed in you guys.

My supper was not worth it, its a pity i couldn't return it cause it was closed. I expect an apology and refund.

Just so you know i will NEVER, EVER set my foot in a Debonairs Pizza (Maponya Mall) again!!!
