Bad experience

Today I called to place an order my order was taken after I told them I'm on my way after a Fer minutes the called me back saying they cannot prepare my order before I pay bcz people place orders nd never show up after I wasted my airtime ordering until it ws finish nd y do they say we must call to place order if they won't prepare them I feel so much disappointed in debonairs for such service the reason we take our phones to order it's bcz we dnt wnt to wait wen we get there we jst wnt to pay nd pick up they should cancel phone orders then
