Bad experience Botshabelo Mall

On the 16th of May 2026 at 12:02, I ordered on the double pizzas and ****tail chicken cheese grillers. I was so disappointed when the pizzas arrived two hours later without the grillers and the driver said he will bring the grillers as he forgot them in store. I asked about the delay wrt my order and he said they are working with one scooter and that it is not his fault. While waiting for the grillers, I took upon myself to call and ended up getting cellphone numbers for the manager and driver where I was able to speak to the manager. Oh what a rude lady who doesn't take accountability on behalf of Debonairs and shifts the blame to the drivers. On top of my frustrations, what frustrate me the most was the lack of empathy and the ability to talk to clients and apologize. This was the worst experience as the cheese grillers arrived around 16h00. Imagine waiting that long
