BAD EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE
I've placed an order 17:19 and the man confirmed the order will take 25 - 35 minutes. 18:05 I've tried to call Debonairs Lichtenburg but no answer when I chose option 2 (queries). At 18:10 I called again and chose option 1 (new orders) and the man told me that I need to speak to the query side. No one answered. The 3rd time I called, 18:30....the lady in the shop laughed when I told her that I will call her boss and complaint. At 18:35 the delivery guy did manage to deliver the pizza, cold and no change. What a unsatisfied experience and the pizza not even done/baked. Best service I've ever had.
