Bad experience

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I had received when placing an online order via web, I had placed my order & got a notification sms a few minutes later like always...it's been 1 hour 24 minutes & still no communication or notification advised until I log onto the app to find out that the store is temporarily offline. How professional are you guys! I am seriously not happy about this nonsense!!!
