bad experience

I'm very disappointed with the terrible experience received from Debonairs Ses'fikile square. I ordered my pizza at 05:27 and clearly stated they need to bring a speed point as I don't carry cash, an hour later they called and notified me their systems are off-line and they cannot utilise speed points So I had to drive to the nearest ATM to draw cash which was what I was avoiding by ordering online. Unfortunately my pizza was delivered 2 hours later, cold and I was told I had to pay for it, which came as a shock knowing the company's policy about the black and the red dot. After calling though, the manager tried resolving it by means of refund,however refused to apologise as per the conversation had with the manager who clearly stated the driver will apologise on behalf of Debonairs. Being a loyal frequent customer to Debonnairs especially Sesfikile, I'm now unsure I'll order through them anymore
