Bad dry pizza

I ordered 2 large chicken triple deckers pizza at northmead and the first layer didn't have anything and the second layer didn't have meat. What is advertised on the media is totally different to what they sell at store. The pizza was very dry and it was not good value for me. I feel so disappointed
