Bad Distigusting Service

The worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza on Sunday evening 18h47 and by 19h47 it was still not delivered. I called the Hatfield store as my order was there and they told me it was still in store and I asked to cancel, the guy who answered then called the manager who said she cannot send confirmation of cancellation but will cancel the order and I asked to receive my refund on Monday 30/01 she hanged up my call and never answered my call again. At 21h25 I receive a call saying the delivery guy is at the entrance to deliver and I said I already cancelled the order and they probably went back to the store. I called again yesterday and the same guy said the manager will call me and she never did. The very same Sunday night I complained on Facebook and asked to be called on Monday at specific times and still no call. I texted them again and they said they asked for me details, I then told them I already did and they acknowledged it, they never responded to my text.
