Bad delivery service

I placed an order more than two hours ago, every time I phone I am told that my order is on the way, that their extemly busy, why take orders if you don't have the capacity to deliver! I could have ordered from somewhere else had I been advised that I would have to wait next to 3 hours after I've paid to receive my order are you more concerned with taking the money than actual service delivery
