Bad delivery

<p>I had placed an online order the driver then calls me and says his at the gate i go to the gate nobody is their i then decide to call him he asks me where am i, i then rep**** that i was waiting at the location that was on the site when i placexd my order he asked if it was in the main road i had rep**** yes he said to me he will be there. I waited for 15 minutes out side in the evening darkness and he does nit pitch up i called him numerous times and he does not puck up my call i then go back inside and call the branch which is Debonairs Pizza, Vorna Valley, Midway Mews, shop 6 Midway Mews, Harry Galaun Drive, Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa. The man i spoke to goes by the name Ndaba and his drivers name is Sammy he rhen says to me that firstly rhey did me a favour because rhey do not deliver in my area so u went 9n to ask him if so why did the online app except my order he replies that it is excepted by head office. He was very rude and used a high tone of voice i asked for a refund and he says to me he has to speak to head office. I did not even get my order yet i have my refund has to be considered this is utter nonsense.</p> <p> </p> <p>I kindly ask for this matter to be looked into</p>
