Bad delevery service

On the 28th of August 2021 I placed an order for delivery around 19:40 and and it was only delivered 5 min before 21:00. I tried to call the store regarding my order and my call kept getting dropped. I insisted on paying half of the fee for the order due to lack of service. I work for spur my self and our deleverys doesn't take more than 30-40 min with only one delivery vehicle available regardingles of it being month end or not. And if a delevery would take more than 30 min the customer that placed the order gets called and gets informed that the order will take a bit longer
