Bad Customer Service!! Unprofessional!!

I placed an order in the 26 March 2020 @ Debonairs in Lenasia South but my order was never delivered and I had already paid for the order on their App. What really ****ed me off is that I even called the store to confirm if they received my order, the lady( sadly I forgot her name) I spoke to confirmed the order and advised me my order will be delivered as soon as the driver returns because he was already out for other deliveries!! I have been calling Debonairs for almost a month regarding this matter ,I logged a complaint with one of their customer care agents. She told me I will receive a case number after our call and I still haven't received that case number and she mentioned one of their team members will contact me and contact the store manager to verify this claim. Even to this day that has not happen. I have also used social media platforms trying to get through to them but I am getting the same response. This truly unprofessional!!!
