Bad customer service recieved from Portia

My husband and i called Debonairs in kagiso mall on the 12th of November and spoke to a lady by the name of Portia. She was so rude on the phone and posed as if she did not want to help at all. While we were still on the phone with her she decided to hang up on us. She has no phone etiquette what so ever and if she did not want to assist us she could have said so. I am so disappointed by the service we recieved from her which was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. This was totally unacceptable and due to such Debonairs will lose clients.
