Bad customer service provided at debonairs alex mall

bad service ive experienced twice at debonairs pizza alex mall...ive placed my order online around 17:39 and ive went there around 18:40, when i got the still my order was not ready i had to fight first beforw getting my order. same thing happened last month i had to wait almost for an hour for my order to be ready while ive ordered online. history repeated itself today. customers were waiting for their orders while no1 was communicating with them in regards of their orders. i feel like its so inconveniencing to us as customers to wait for our orders while placed them online. thw reason we place orders online is we avoiding to wait on ques when we get there bust still we still have to wait. what kind of service is it dat we really getting from alex mall? worse part its not for the first time. and looking at them feels like they dont care about us as their customers. they just do as they want. this is totally wrong..
