Bad customer service in Dube Debonairs.

I have place an order online at 13H16 for delivery and my order did not come upuntil I went to the store to enquiry at 14H55.Almost 2 hours no delivery what was suprising is that delivery motorcycle and there driver was in the shop seating.We've requested to speak to the manager by the name of Witness Bands and explain our situation.He went to check the order and came back to us with a feedback.He gave many different excuses as to why Pizza was not delivered.Some of the excuses was driver was not available and we wanted to phone you and verify the order. As from today I am enough with the Debonars at township in Dube, Soweto .This is the second experience I had with Debonars at first was at Dobsonville mall ,now it's Dube. I am just enough with the bad service. I feel that treatment you get in the townships is different from the one in the suburbs. The manager did not show professionalism in handling my complain, I just fell like I am speaking to the general worker. The manager does not have managerial skills.
