Bad customer service from Rock Cottage debonairs staff

I’m very unhappy with the service i received from the Rock Cottage Debonairs store. The staff is unreliable and have no integrity.

I ordered debonairs pizza at the Rock Cottage Debonairs store on the app 5 days ago. I waited for the delivery and driver never delivered the pizzas. I followed up on my order that night and the lady who attended to my call didn’t assist me nor did she show any interest to attend to my query about why the delivery was 2 hours late and she just dropped the phone.

I logged a case with the customer care requesting for the voucher money that the Rock Cottage store took from me to be refunded back to my account. I have not been refunded the voucher money till today and the store has even **** to their customer care saying that the issue has been resolved yet they have not done anything and have not returned the voucher money back to me.

Urgently need assistance with this issue as the staff there is not taking this seriously and for my voucher money to be refunded and returned back into my account.
