Bad customer service from manager and Area manager

I went to Westgate mall Debonairs on 25/09/21with my 3 year old Daughter purchased a pizza then had an emergency I urgently had to attend to. Then later on the day around 16:00 I rang them and no one answer my calls. Then on Sunday 26/09 I went there to pick my order with the till receipt and the manager Thembani Moyo, was on a call with Andries Maposa Area manager who was telling the manager how am taking chances and I don't have no proof while I showed them the receipt and the dialed calls I made to them. Till today no one called me to apologize and give me back my hard earned money to buy the pizza
