Bad customer service

The staff at Total Morula refused to make a half & half cram decker (chicken & meaty respectively) because apparently they don't serve it when there's a promotion.

Eventually they called us back into the shop and said the pizza was made. When we got home, there were no toppings, the crammed crust was hard and very rubbery like it was made yesterday, and the whole pizza was just a mess. Basically I paid R199 for a mushroom and tomato sandwich shaped like a pizza.

Laid a complaint on their website but no one has gotten back to me. Such poor customer service
