Bad customer service/ experience

Placed an order online and paid for it prefer number ***6. Waited for almost 90 minutes with fruitless attempts of getting hold of the restaurant- Jabulani mall. Finally at around 17h10, an unprofessional Katolo (who refused to give his name in the beginning) mentioned that the order was still in the restaurant and has no idea when will it be delivered. I asked for a manager and was told by a Fikile Masondo that the manager is busy- what sort of customer experience is this? The service from this restaurant is beyond appalling
