Bad customer service

I ordered pizza for delivery online at 19:30. At 20:00 the store manager calls me stating that i Should come collect my order, mind u that time i even paid for delivery. When i ask y I should go collect she tells me all their drivers are out. As if i had control over their drivers, the only option they gave me was to collect or cancel. That time no other restaurant will take my order i had nothing for supper. How disappointing
