Bad customer service

I ordered Pizza at 17:15 and I'm still waiting for a delivery its now 19:14.. you can't even track your order 😒 called them and the line gets disconnected plenty of times!! Terrible customer service it's very disgusting and I called the call center, the gut promised to call me back and he didn't!! Debonairs Pizza (Khayelitsha in Cape Town)
