Bad customer service debonairs Gezina

My order no ***4 was placed on Sunday 29/08/2022 at18:11 .the driver got lost and eventually switched off his phone.we called the shop they couldn't get hold of him as well,they later said the driver is back and they will call me back till today never heard anything from the manager. I ordered food for the kids and they don't deliver and never explain. This is the second time having a problem with the shop in Gezina. The manager needs training or replacement...why do they hire people who don't know the area. I need an explanation
