Bad Customer service Debonairs

I had a accident on the 8/8/2022 . Debonairs delivery man on a motorcycle banged into the back of my vehicle . I reported the accident to the police station and tried calling the area manager of Debionairs ( Frank ) his contact details *** not numerous occasion to try and find out the way forward regarding the repair of my vehicle. It took me going all the way to Phoenix Branch just to speak to the store manager and ask her to phone Frank , only then did I get the chance to speak to him regarding the repair of my vehicle . He informed me of the procedure regarding the insurance claim and told me that would take 6 to 7 working days for them to get back to me , as of today I have heard nothing with this regard to repair of my vehicle . Please can somebody please help me as I want is my vehicle to be repaired and this is unacceptable and it is going on for too long now.
