bad customer service

i ordered debonairs Pizza on the mobile app it took 2 hours for the pizza order to arive , on arival the delivery guy says my order reciept was thrown into the trash they could not find it , first time my order was late was told by the driver that he was not given the order . why make people order and then advertise that delivery is available then have staff that dont deliver on time
