Bad customer service

I place a order @21h07 tonight at the Goodwood Debonairs branch waiting for my order and waiting I get a call from the store @21h45 to ask if I can't meet them in 18 th avenue I said I don't have transport to get there I was just told okay so if you can't meet us in 18 th avenue we cancelling your order.Bad ,bad customer service why accept my order if you doing this?I would not have asked for a delivery if I had transport and the person on the landline needs training cause clearly he's turning customers away.
