Bad customer service

I went to Debanairs on the 19th October 2023 Wednesday night…I ordered a pizza with extra cheese…when i arrived at home, I found something new that I’ve never experienced before….on the triple deck that I ordered the bottom layer did not have meat only 4 small meat, I wrote on their page they did not reply…the following day I wrote again and mentioned that I’m gonna take my complain to hello Peter since they did not bother to reply, only when I mentioned hello Peter that they rep****. Well I provided them with all the information they needed…later I was called by some lady whom I think might be the manager, then she asked me questions that I already answered from whoever rep**** my comment on their page via inbox…I got ****ed off after she mentioned that I was supposed to complain to them not their page…what ****ed me off feather was her asking me questions that I already answered.

I then hanged up the phone…to prove that she was not interested in accounting to what I’ve experienced from their shop…she never bother to either call me back nor send a message. I was expecting more than her stinking attitude. I then went back to inbox whomever talked to me via inbox…till today I’ve never heard from them…I want my money back.
