Bad customer service

It's a very sad experience 😢 my 4 years old daughter asked for a sipping straw after we bought bottles of water the cashier said no I don't want you bought water not cold drink. I asked if I could buy the straw since she had tonsils it will help,she said no and the cashier started laughing with the friend/colleague I was so hurt broken.
