Bad Customer Service

I've just been in your branch in Vosloorus today. The service there was horrible. Firstly the cashier gave me the wrong doc slip and she explained to me that this would be sorted out when they give me my order. I waited whilst other customers who came after I had already paid and received their orders. I politely enquired about my order to the lady who was busy calling out orders, with attitude her response was that I've just been here for 4 minutes. I told her I've been here for more than 20 minutes. She then said I should wait and I waited patiently. I waited for 5 minutes and went back to her, she looked and stared at me without uttering a word. I then asked her about my order again, she then went to the back and after sometime gave me my order with the same attitude. No apology was given to me. No wonder we always go to town for better service. There's always a problem with the way your staff conduct themselves whilst servicing your customers in townships.
